    Note : Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is een must.

    The Cloud Customer Success Manager is the technical liaison to service our customers within the internal global network. Our customer based is comprised of individuals from Global Functions and Member Firms around the globe looking to consume products and services hosted on our Microsoft Azure Cloud offerings.

    The role requires building and cultivating relationships to position our services portfolio and drive the organisations overall digital transformation in the usage and success of the Azure cloud solutions.

    Dit ben jij :
    -              Possess knowledge and awareness of the One Platform strategy, products and services
    -              In possession of Mircosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and/or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (is een pre) 
    -              Develops forecasts and strategies to define and achieve promotion and success for customers
    -              Builds value driven, multi-level strategic relationships with key stakeholders
    -              Has strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills
    -              Align and team with the One Platform supporting colleagues to ensure end to end delivery
     
    In de rol van Cloud Customer Success Manager:
    The Cloud Customer Success Manager is responsible to grow the usage of One Platform cloud services within the organisations network.

    You possess the knowledge and awareness of the One Platform strategy, products and services and services as the initial contact for Regional Delivery Centers, Member Firm and Global Functions within the organisation. 

    You build value driven, multi-level strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the IT and business layers within the organisations global network. You develop forecasts and strategies to define and achieve promotion and success for customers (Functions, Regions and Member Firms) across the globe.

    The role bridges technology knowledge and relationship building the contribute to customer success.
    The opportunities present different challenges at the member firm and global function level ranging from consumption of a single service to full Digital Transformation.
