    Gezocht profiel:
    The IDM Senior Operations Engineer is primarily focused on operational support and the accompanying deployment processes. 

    The IDM Senior Operations Engineer is responsible for the delivery of high-quality operational services, maintaining and improving the operational state, and analysis and review of existing processes and documentation.  

    The ideal candidate is expected to be at expert level of knowledge and experience with Active Directory (on premises), Azure Active Directory, AD Certificate Services, AD Federation Services, Group Policy, and DNS, experience with Messaging and M365 awareness is highly desirable.  

    Work with various technologies to maintain, deliver and support the operational services. Work in close collaboration with operational staff in other disciplines and the staff within and outside other areas of One Platform organization such as, Project Management, Cloud Architect, Security and Product Management, to assure seamless transition of new or modified services or improvement opportunities to production environment.
    Plays a lead role in operational issues across country borders, while representing the One Platform Operations organization.

    Primarily focused on infrastructure operational support and deployment processes in Identity Management
    Play a lead role in operational infrastructure escalations representing the EMA Digital Workplace team.
    Ensure quality and timely delivery of work from Outsourced Partners
    Act as third level escalation Subject Matter Expert for Identity Management issues
    Improving existing platform capacity and performance management processes
    Provide platform KPIs and reports, demonstrating health and performance
    Managing the daily activities associated with providing operational services 24 x 7 to the organization globally
    Supporting on-prem and cloud environments, and assisting in the migration to a full cloud environment
    Support the on-boarding process for new services and applications, and provide ongoing support, ensuring the platforms and systems can support the application / business requirements
    Performing daily checklists, produce IDM reports and respond to audit and regulatory requests
    Operate with ITS Global ITIL based service management processes (such as PR, SR and CR)
    Manage small projects to enhance the environment
    Be an escalation point, providing support in an on-call rotation model
    Ensuring that operational services are functioning in accordance with agreed service levels
    Leading troubleshooting in the incumbent’s areas of expertise
    Ensuring that the infrastructure and operational services adheres to agreed security levels
    Identification opportunities for improving Digital Workplace operational services
    Create procedures and metrics to measure service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
    Implement security and data integrity solutions meeting the highest enterprise standards
    Implement, test and support solutions, Microsoft features and disaster recovery solutions
    Technical support with external technical teams and outsourced provider
    Seek ways to enhance operations, with a focus on automation and opportunities to optimize the cost
    Provide feedback to the Development and Automation teams

    Technical Skills & Qualifications :
    Strong operational IDM service/technology experience is required, preferably in a global environment
    Strong customer service orientation
    Personal commitment and accountability to deliver a best in class quality of service
    Strong technical aptitude with the ability to break down complex issues and develop root cause analysis and solutions
    An influential and analytical problem solver; demonstrates and fosters proactive behavior and partners with peers and business users
    Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization
    Experience of working in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team in multiple locations
    Demonstrated experience with Identity Management technologies such as Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Group Policy, Certificate Services, DNS, Messaging, and M365
    Working experience and knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and/or M365 applications, LDAP Proxies, Customer Identity and Access Management

    Level of Qualifications : 
    Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology
    5+ years’ experience with identity management technologies in an enterprise environment
    Eligible to work within the EU
    ITIL Certification desired, but working ITIL experience with ServiceNow knowledge a big plus
    8 years’ experience working with Identity Management technologies such as Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Group Policy, Certificate Services, DNS in an Operations role
    Experience with Microsoft Exchange and/or M365 applications
