Functie beschrijving:
As information security senior manager you will be the lead of the  Security team. Responsible for the design and implementation of the Information Security Strategy, Policy, Architecture and Governance with the ultimate objective to assure the protection of information and the assets as managed by the organisation.

Technical skills required to perform this role:
•    Capable of critical thinking and executing plans into action.
•    Good technical knowledge of security technology, business system continuity planning, auditing, and risk management.
•    Good understanding of security policies, procedures and technologies, including ISO 27001 series.
•    Good understanding of compliance management and security accreditation proceedings and mandates.
•    Experience in designing and implementing security in a global / multi-country IT environment.
•    Maturity in personal skills and the practical application ERP methodologies.
•    Pragmatic attitude and flexible to changing priorities and demands.
•    Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
•    Strong analytical, evaluative and problem solving abilities.
•    Strong management reporting skills.

Description of level of Qualifications
-    Master in Information Security and
-    CISM or CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

Reasons for including these qualifications is that they provide evidence of the security expertise that is required to fulfil the role. All of them are globally renown certifications, with CISM and CISSP regarded as the crown jewels of security management certification.

Ervaring / Kennis :
Experiences/knowledge required:
•    Minimum five years’ experience in corporate environment supervising functional support teams on a manager level, ideally in a global setting in a technology and/or a professional services environment.
•    Minimum five years’ experience as an Information Security/Governance officer/specialist/analyst or similar IT Security/Governance professional, preferably within a global enterprise environment.
•    A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
