    Corporate Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter


    Start : asap na gunning
    Duur :  maanden met mogelijke optie tot verlenging
    Inzet : bij voorkeur fulltime
    Locatie : regio A'dam (vooralsnog remote en in overleg op locatie)

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with Hiring Managers to build successful relationships, understand their needs, support their recruiting/talent acquisition objectives, build job specifics and write compelling job posts
    • Liaise with Human Resources and Recruitment to facilitate recruitment lifecycle
    • Drive the full cycle recruitment process by reviewing and assessing candidate qualifications, pre-screen and shortlist qualified candidates
    • Conduct proactive, independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, and job posts to support our teams in their recruitment efforts
    • Create a first-class candidate experience through recruitment efforts, personalized communication, timely feedback, and interviewer communication and preparedness 
    • Communicate challenges, results, organizes start dates and provides feedback in a timely manner with all stakeholders 

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably within the Information Technology space
    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or equivalent experience
    • Experience with partnering with senior stakeholders and doing full life cycle recruiting 
    • Self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) as well as comfortable with change and ambiguity
    • Proven relationship management, interviewing, and negotiation skills
    • Leadership experience in the form of sharing expertise, recommending strategy, being a resourceful problem solver and collaborating with global recruitment teams
