Project Manager

Start : Asap na gunning
Duur : 30 september 2021 met optie tot verlenging
Locatie : Regio Amsterdam
Inzet :    40 uur per week
 
Hieronder de specifieke werkzaamheden en eisen waaraan je voor deze opdracht moet voldoen :

Projects:
Different projects in Cloud (Azure and Microsoft 365), Platform Operations and Global IT Service Management Programs.
 

Also taking over projects from other Project Manager in the period from 19th of July to 20th of August

In CV aantoonbare vaardigheden en ervaring met :
-    Experience in Global Enterprise organizations
-    Cloud (Azure, Office 365) Experience
-    Perfect English (written and verbal)
-    Able to manage several Projects across several Programs in parallel

Responsibilities and Tasks:
•    Coordinate and facilitate amongst project resources to ensure project execution
•    Ensure project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•    Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
•    Develop detailed project plan to track progress
•    Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs and follow a formal CR process
•    Report and escalate issues / risks to management as needed
•    Manage the day to day relationship with the client and stakeholders
•    Perform risk management to minimize project risks
•    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Expected Skills
1.    Organization, follow-up and strong attention to detail :
    Ability to manage various deliverables from different teams/individuals. Solid understanding and ability to manage. Assumptions. Risks. Action items. Issues. Change. Scope.
2.    Analytic and decision making skills - Ability to analyze and document a situation/scenario and propose options, recommendations and cost impact
3.    Project financial management :
    Forecasting of resources and cost. Validation of forecast against budget. Tracking of project spend, and justification for change requests
4.    Project planning and monitoring :
    Definition of key milestones. Development of detailed plans. Approach/forum to facilitate gathering of status information, and surfacing of progress limiting issues
5.    Communication/presentation skills :
    Clear, concise status reporting. Ability to craft leadership / executive level communications

Qualifications:
•    Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in project management disciplines, with experience planning and executing projects and programs.  Strong experience managing both IT and Business projects preferred.
•    Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and third-party contractors
•    Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management in a matrixed environment
•    Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate
•    Flexibility to travel as required to regional locations
•    Drive and demonstrated success working independently in a virtual environment
•    Capable of strategic thinking and of moving strategic plans into action
•    Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
•    Education  : Bachelor degree from an accredited university
•    Certification : PMP and Scrum certified or comprehensive experience
